The six week programme is an excellent opportunity to get your fitness regime back on track. Whether you want to be in the best shape you can be for an event such as a wedding, or a summer holiday, or if you need extra help to start a new programme , this six week programme is for you. Your first session will be a fitness assessment, involving a health and fitness questionnaire and taking body measurements to see where you are starting from, and to outline the goals for the six weeks.
You will then have three personal training sessions a week tailored to those goals, lasting an hour and fifteen minutes each.
You will be given a mini workout, based on your goals, to do on days when you do not have a one to one session.
A diet plan will be devised, tailored to your personal requirements and circumstances, in order to maximise your training gains.
