Richard Kingston

 Richard graduated from Staffordshire University with an honours degree in Sport and Recreation. He is currently a member of the British Association of Sport and Exercise Scientists (BASES) and the UK Strength and Conditioning Association (UKSCA). He has been personal training in central London for the last twelve years.

 

  He has trained a host of high profile clients from professional footballers to super models and a whole catalogue of stressed business people and hard working mothers, ensuring fun, varied and effective training sessions.

He started his professional career with "Body for Life" in South Kensington, London. He stayed with the company for two years before moving onto "Matt Roberts Personal Training" in 1999. He was with that company for 5 years, increasing his knowledge in all aspects of the Fitness Industry including:

  • Training VIP clients in the London Training Centres.
  • Head of Nutrition and Biological Terrain Assessments.
  • Involved in Gym Design and service delivery at the company’s two sites in Mauritius. (Le Saint Geran & Le Touessrok Hotels)
  • Sports Specific Training with experience of training professionals in Football, Tennis, Rugby, Sailing and Golf

 

Sarah Kingston

 Sarah started her career in the fitness industry at LA Fitness in Brighton after teaching for a number of years. She then worked as a freelance trainer, personal training in peoples homes and workplaces, before joining RKFC to work alongside her husband.

Sarah KingstonShe is a Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs) level three trainer after studying with Premier Training for her personal trainer qualifications.

Sarah was a very  keen runner till she entered the 2002 London marathon when her running career really took off. She ran 3hrs 27 for her first marathon and has subsequently gone on to run 3hrs 10 and compete from the elite start. She regularly competes for the Fittleworth Flyers in the West Sussex fun run league.

 

 After having her first child in 2008, Sarah began to specialize in post natal exercise, which led her to set up a mother and baby exercise class in Sussex called Pramtastic!, an exercise class specifically designed for post natal mothers.(See Tab)
