RKFC is now doing 30 mins sessions

 

The intensity is high and the results in combination with diet are fantastic.

 

 Lose fat, tone muscles, feel great and stop pounding the streets and treadmills and wrecking your joints. 30 mins twice a week is all you need to make a difference.

 

 

Sprintercize: want a full body workout and to challenge your body like never before, then try a half hour of sprint training. Drills and short flat out sprints to stimulate muscles you had forgotten all about.

If you want to strengthen your core, then there is NOTHING better.

 

Sports Training: While the New Direction I have taken is great for changing your body, sports players may still need to improve aerobic capacity. Using our unique formula we can help you go faster whatever your sport.

 

Post natal: Sarah is up to date with the latest post natal rehabilitation exercises and will help you on the road to recovery and getting your figure back after childbirth, focusing on the abdominals and pelvic floor that have become weakened during pregnancy.
