We have more than twelve years experience personal training in and around London. We are able to tailor personal training to our clients for whatever purposes they need.

Slimming/weight loss: Perhaps the most common area that clients require help with, we can provide  nutritional advice and a plan in combination with training to help you reach your goals in a fun, safe and effective manner.

Body Sculpting: Incorporating Pilates techniques and a resistance programme we can help reshape your figure and give you the long lean muscles and toned look you're after. 

Sports training: Get the edge over your competitors by training specifically for your sport. We will break down the demands your sport places upon you and help to improve your fitness as well as helping you stay injury free. We have regularly worked with tennis players, squash players, rugby players, professional footballers, skiers and marathon runners.

Stress management: Tired in the afternoon, always stressed, bloated, poor quality of sleep. These are some of the symptoms of stress. Regular exercise can help with this. As well as providing a release during the exercise session regular exercise will improve the quality of your sleep and promote a sense of well being.

Poor posture/ lower back pain: We have regularly worked in conjunction with physiotherapists and chiropractors to continue rehabilitation for postural problems and injuries. We will use resistance exercises and assisted stretching to help correct muscle imbalances and poor posture.

Post natal: Sarah is up to date with the latest post natal rehabilitation exercises and will help you on the road to recovery and getting your figure back after childbirth, focusing on the abdominals and pelvic floor that have become weakened during pregnancy.
