We will break down the demands your sport places upon you and help to improve your fitness in those areas as well as helping you stay injury free. We have regularly worked with tennis players, squash players, professional footballers, skiers and marathon runners.
Stress management: Tired in the afternoon, always stressed, bloated, poor quality of sleep. These are some of the symptoms of stress. Regular exercise can help with this. As well as providing a release during the exercise session regular exercise will improve the quality of your sleep and promote a sense of well being.
Poor posture/ lower back pain: RKFC has regularly worked in conjunction with physiotherapists and chiropractors to continue rehabilitation for postural problems and injuries. RKFC will use resistance exercises and assisted stretching to help correct muscle imbalances and poor posture.
